CAPABILITIES / RISK WORKFLOWS

From source data
to a reviewable risk record.

We help lenders define the data, rules, analysis and control points behind a credit decision. Technology is scoped around the existing process, not presented as a replacement for it.

OPERATING MODEL

Evidence first.
Controls before automation.

THE WORKFLOW

One control pattern.
Several risk applications.

The input may be a document, spreadsheet, API record or system export. The output is a structured record with evidence, exceptions and a clear human action point.

01

Source intake

Receive approved PDF, scan, image, Excel, CSV, JSON, XML, API or LOS / LMS / CRM records under a defined source policy.

02

Data preparation

Extract fields, preserve source locations and make missing, ambiguous or conflicting values explicit.

03

Rules and analysis

Run deterministic calculations and approved methods. AI can assist with interpretation, comparison and candidate generation within defined limits.

04

Review and return

Return the result, source trail, limitations and required action to the lender’s workflow. The authorised person remains accountable.

CAPABILITY AREAS

Start with a defined question.
Extend only where it earns its place.

The public demonstrations show synthetic workflows. Customer work is scoped by the lender’s products, data maturity, decision rights and operating controls.

03 / DECISIONINGSCOPED DELIVERY

Rules, decision and review workflow

Translate a defined policy into versioned fields, rules, referral paths, test cases and human approval points. This is project-scoped, not a claim of an off-the-shelf platform.

WHERE AI FITS

AI assists the work.
It does not publish the decision.

Traditional rules execute known logic. AI adds value when the input is unstructured or the question needs investigation: it can identify fields, explain conflicts, surface candidate features, compare cohorts and prepare a testable strategy proposal. Calculations, approvals and policy publication remain governed by people and systems.

CUSTOMER INTERFACE

Work alongside the lender’s systems.

The starting point can be a controlled file exchange or API contract. A customer deployment would define the identity, tenant, storage, audit, retention and rollback requirements before live data is used.

INPUTFiles, records or APIs

PDF, scans, images, spreadsheets, structured records and approved system exports.

PROCESSFields, rules and analysis

Structured fields, source locators, deterministic checks, approved methods and explicit exceptions.

OUTPUTRecord, status and action

A reviewable result returned to the lender’s workflow, with limitations and the next human action.
