This notice covers the details submitted through the introductory enquiry form. It does not cover customer borrower data or production system data.

No borrower files.
Only the details needed
to respond.
The enquiry form may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, role, preferred contact time, discussion topic and short business description. Do not include borrower names, identity numbers, bank statements, payslips, MPF records, credit files or other sensitive customer data.
Purpose
We use the details to understand the enquiry, arrange an initial discussion and define a possible scope of work.
Retention
In this local preview, enquiries are stored in a protected local queue and scheduled for deletion after 30 days. A production retention policy will be confirmed before deployment.
Access
Access is limited to the operator responsible for reviewing the enquiry in the running environment. The public site has no enquiry listing endpoint.
Request
To ask about a submitted enquiry or request deletion, contact the company through the agreed business channel. Formal production contact details will be added after deployment is configured.
